Secrets to a perfect clear skin

Want to know the secrets to a perfect clear skin? Than keep reading.

First of all, if you have severe acne, you should make an appointment with a dermatologist to find the best solution for you. Every skin is different and so is the treatment. But you can for sure follow some of my advices to prevent your acne from getting worse. For those who just have some pimples (like everyone), you don’t need to take additional precautions.

Stay hydrated!

Drinking lots of water is probably the most important step for a clear skin! It’s kind of impossible to have a beautiful skin without drinking enough water! So keep drinking.

 

Eat correctly!

Of course you don’t need to go on a diet, but it’s possible that you may have skin problems because of what you eat. Try to eat clean at least 3 days a week, and by eating clean I mean, eating vegetables and a lot of fruits. Try to avoid meat, fat food and chocolate!

 

Avoid popping your pimples!

I know it’s gross to have a big white pimple on your face that is screaming for you to get popped out, BUT try to ignore it, if you do so you will avoid having scars on your face AND you won’t get the risk of having more pimples appearing on your skin.

Wash you face twice a day!

If you are lazy, this may be a challenge, especially at night, but trust me, if you wash your face every day you will very soon notice a difference! Choose the right cleanser for you type of skin.

 

Find the best moisturizer for YOUR skin!

Every skin is different; you may have a dry skin or a normal to dry skin or even an oily skin, as with the cleanser, it’s super important to find the moisturizer that is best for YOUR skin. Try different moisturizers and try to find the best adequate moisturizer for your type of skin.

 

These 4 steps are absolutely ESSENTIALS to a clear and smooth skin! Of course you will have to use some masks, at least once a week, but if you stick to these 4 tips, I can guarantee you that you will see a difference! If you have scars or severe acne, I recommend you to put some Aloe Vera on your face, but only organic Aloe Vera, it works like magic. Remember that hormones can also be a reason for acne/bad skin, talk to your doctor in case you don’t see any results after sticking to a good skin care routine.
